Palestinian Americans are a small but geographically dispersed group. Illinois has the largest Palestinian American population with 17,261 individuals, comprising 0.14% of the state's population. Ohio and New Jersey have the second and third-largest populations, respectively, with 10,090 (0.09%) and 7,276 (0.08%) individuals. California, the most populous state in the US, has the fifth-largest Palestinian American population with 25,989 individuals, making up 0.07% of the state's population.

In some states, such as West Virginia, Montana, and Wyoming, Palestinian Americans make up less than 0.03% of the population, with only a handful of individuals residing in each state. However, even in states with lower percentages, there are still notable populations, such as Alabama with 1,279 individuals (0.03%) and Mississippi with 232 individuals (0.008%). Overall, Palestinian Americans are a small but diverse group, spread across the United States.
